Made to Order

This watch is assembled after your order is placed. Please allow 7–14 business days for build time and quality inspection before shipment.

Because each piece is made to order, subtle variations in metal brushing, finishing, and assembly may occur. These minor differences are part of the custom-built nature of the watch.

Bracelet Sizing

Select your wrist size before checkout for complimentary sizing, or select Full Bracelet / Unadjusted if you prefer to have it sized locally.

Removed bracelet links are included with sized orders whenever possible.

Important Care Information

This is an independently customized watch. The original base watch is modified with an aftermarket metal conversion case and bracelet.

For that reason, water resistance is not guaranteed after modification. Avoid swimming, showering, submerging, or exposing the watch to heavy water pressure.

Returns, Cancellations, and Order Changes

Because this watch is made specifically after purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it if there is an issue.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated within approximately 3 hours of purchase, but cannot be guaranteed once components have been ordered, allocated, or assembly has begun.
